There is no pre-greasing or flouring necessary.
All of our paper and plastic bakeware is free-standing. Place on a baking tray for easy transport in and out of the oven.
Fill any size or shape mold about ½ to ⅔ full with batter.
Paper and plastic bakeware tends to heat up a little bit quicker than metal. Check for doneness earlier than you normally would according to your recipe.
After the item has baked and cooled or when you are ready to serve, you should loosen the edges of the baked item with a knife and then peel the paper away from the baked item as opposed to popping the item out of the mold.
If you prefer a complete release of the baked item or are using a very sticky recipe, you can use a piece of parchment paper in the mold to act as a barrier.
